The act of prayer is more powerful than one could imagine. Scripture teaches us to walk by faith and not by sight. We must incorporate this teaching in our daily lives and especially when we pray. When we pray imagine an immediate resolution and restoration taking place in our lives. Envision the pain going away, the problem being solved, the conflict being resolved, the clarity being brought, the peace replacing the storm and most importantly the healing and deliverance taking place. Even when we cannot see it these are the miracles that happens in our lives as we pray. And it is by our faith that we will see these miracles occur physically. (Ephesians 6:10-18).
I invite my brothers and sisters of all faith to study the life of The Lord Jesus Christ who walked the earth like man. There is no greater friend to a child of God than Jesus Christ who has experienced everything that we have experienced plus more. He knows of our sufferings, he understands our feelings and emotions, and till this day he is still present in our lives. He befriends the rejected, neglected and misunderstood. He defends the innocent, vulnerable and defenseless. He seeks the lost, confused and misguided. He favors the unloved, broken-hearted, and unique. He is The Father to all who choose good over evil, light over darkness and righteousness over sin. Studying the life of Jesus Christ paves the pathway to salvation by showing us how we should live our lives.
